Though it's obvious, most people don't seem to think much about how sailing is a 24 hour a day job. These two videos provide an insight into life on a sailing boat at all hours of the day and night.
The first I filmed on our first leg down to Brazil. The second was filmed by a professional videographer on board for our sail from Fremantle into Singapore. I'm in it, appearing far more sleepy and groggy than I recall feeling at the time I was being filmed and interviewed.
